A LinkedIn newsletter? It was a new concept for many, but to me, it was the ideal platform for long-form thought leadership efforts. I concepted the Reimagining Rural Health newsletter – which shares its name with our thought leadership podcast – and it has become a trusted source of inspiration and best practices for leaders across the industry. I created the concept and initial format and wrote the first editions before handing it off to a member of my team. It has been a joy to see something grow from a pitch into to a go-to resource for so many in the field!
