The key to good content strategy is concept first, platform second.
In other words, find a good story, and then think about how you want to represent it on different platforms.

The most powerful stories should still be tweaked to fit different audiences in different placements.

When I heard about our first satellite clinic offering virtual care options for people in rural Southeast North Dakota – which happened to be the place where I was born – I knew it was a special story that deserved a photojournalistic treatment and could yield multiple content pieces.
